The Renton Farmers Market begins at the Piazza at
3pm today and
Live Chef Demo at
4:30pm today is going to feature foods that are food for
Cancer Prevention - like these very friendly tomatoes that feature the wonderful
lycopene - a powerful antioxidant that helps neutralize harmful free radicals implicated in cancer.
The music will be provided by Monday at One, which begins at 5:30pm.
