Things are running apace at the Louisa Building on Wells Ave.S. as it gets a makeover - but this guy, geesh, gotta love his ballsy ladder move, but if you thought about changing careers to something like, oh, painter or electrician, make sure you get the safety ladder with the expandable net waiting for you below. I mean it.

ballsy indeed, where is OSHA when you need them? Do you think this type of move makes insurance premiums higher at all?
