even when it's gray

Overcast and gray, but still it's okay to float upon the river. The Cedar River in Renton is busy all year long, but most of the time we residents remain outside of the water and not in. Yesterday a certain mugginess in the air and thoughts still on summer being here, there was a confluence of people on and in the river just near the Jones Park. How fun.
