Much ado on South Third Street

Couple of weeks ago a sagging overhead wooden awning at the corner of South Third and Wells Street became a hazard to pedestrian health. Signs were put up and foot traffic was diverted, but low and behold, a work crew has been putting in hours to just generally improve the face of the old brick building at 812.

Everyday there are new improvements, and the store front that has remained without a tenant for quite awhile and a wherehouse for old computers and bikes seems to be getting a bit of refurbishment as well. So exciting - what other new little addition to our downtown might come in once the beautification has been finished?
