Let me take you to the Market
Eating at the market got a whole lot better this year - check out these smoked lox sandwiches available from Cap'n Mike's Holy Smoke - I salivate just looking at this.
You can't go to the market without smelling and savoring the hot sugary kernels of Popmaster Kettle Korn - and thanks to the lovely Nicole for modeling a surefire family favorite.
Yes, folks - bouquets of flowers are still a mere $5 dollars, and I see many a hubby scoring a bunch on their way home from work - this always produces a smile from Lady P.
The Hawaiian Shave Ice is a colorful indulgence on a warm day - scratch that, any day.
The cherries from Matawa, WA were unbelievable - and were almost sold out after our stroll through the market grounds today. Lucky for us, we had already shopped!
Fresh within the last week crab legs and halibut was to be had at the A&M Seafood stand - and that's your fisherman standing right there - direct to you from the sea. Aren't they too cute?
What a delicious new find - fresh Bagels! Seattle Best Bagel - made fresh every day, and now here in Renton - it's about time, I tell ya.
You know that the kids know how to have fun on market days - there is a activities center for them and free bubbles to be made.
The creek was a popular cooling off place today - lots of toes did some dipping.

Those bagels look great! Can one find them in Renton the other 6 days of the week?
Freakazoid Freddy
I wish! I hate to break the bagel spell, but those are only available on Tuesdays at the Market
I just found your blog today and I am SO happy I did. We moved here last July and are still getting to know the area. I didn't get to the Farmer's Market yesterday, but went last week and spent an arm and a leg...it was wonderful!
