"Anything on Paper" - that's why you go to Tracie Bennett of Pip Printing. That and the fact that she has maintained the same customer base since 1990, when Tracie first began to work at Pip before buying the business herself a handful of years later. In an age when Kinko's has forced many small print shops out of business, Tracie has held her own, giving her customers "the best product for the dollar you are going to pay". Pip Printing is part of a franchise, though individually owned, and in the last few years has dwindled from a healthy dozen stores in the area to just 2 or 3. The businesses were always bought out by a longtime employee, like Tracie, who has been working in this field since she was just 14. It's not hard to understand why Tracie's store is still standing, while others have closed - in a word, customer service. Pip's is like a place where friends come to visit and while there, have some necessary orders filled, with exellent professional care. If you have ever been there, you know what I mean - everyone is treated to a smile upon arrival. Small business needs are their niche, but they also offer reproductions of photos for the walk-in client and a willing ear and bit of advice for anyone seeking help with any printing need. So handy, so helpful - just what you need when the day is busy and a friendly, helping attitude just makes it go that much smoother.
