Hard to believe that one short month ago we were wondering if this was the year that the Cedar River would burst it's banks. Even though today proved, yet again, that Phil the Hedgehog
did indeed see his shadow (damn, is that
snow I see on top of that car?), I think that the promise of Spring, though ever so elusive, is in the air (I hope it's Spring, I hope it's Spring, I hope it's Spring...)
