Word is out - there is going to be regular music bookings at the
Liberty Cafe and it all begins on
Friday, October 16th.
Thomas Starks of TStarks Productions is going to be bringing the sound equipment and providing the music talent on a regular basis at the coffee hang so many Rentonites call their own. This should be fun - and give another dimension of diversion to the DTR scene.
If you haven't had a chance to see the artwork of
Kristi Hand that is currently on show at the
Liberty Cafe, you still have time. Kristi's work will still be up till the beginning of next month, and she has been adding new pieces weekly. The above work was sold almost as quickly as it came in.
New to the collection are also lovely watercolors - of which this photo does no justice to the color and depth of her work. The walls are spilling over with her boisterous colors and lively brush strokes. It would be a true shame if you missed any of it.
